Tips on Driving your Car in the Rain

Amanda with Jenkins and Wynne talks about a few tips on how to stay safe in the rain and get your car ready. Rain reduces the visibility so turning your head lights on needs to be the first thing. Be sure to change your windshield wipers at least every 15 thousand miles to avoid streaking and possibly scraping. Also, if your vehicle has the traction control option be sure and keep it on and when you’re going around turns, go slow so you don’t hydro plain. At Jenkins and Wynne we offer a treatment for your windshield called wind screen armor, this treatment is applied on your windshield to help repel water and it comes with a five year warranty.
